Notes for Duncan Jesse Bunn

Duncan Jesse Bunn's father, Green Walker Bunn, willed Duncan 99 acres of land in Franklin County, NC. His land joined that of his mother, Mary "Polly" Wrenn and that of John Jones. Duncan served in the CSA during the Civil War. He entered sevice on March 15, 1862 and was exempt from military duty on 17 Oct 1863 due to a hernia in his right side.
