Notes for Ada (Eady) Broadaway

Ada Broadaway Bunn was born about 1790 in NC and probably died before the 1870 census. Ada Broadaway name was spelled as Eady on her marriage record. This is the only place I have seen her name spelled as Eady and not Ada. On the 1850 census for Henry County, GA Ada Bunn is listed in the home of her daughter, Charity Bunn Barnett, and son-in-law George Valintine Barnett. Ada is listed as a 60 year old female born in NC. In the 1860 census for Henry County, GA she is listed in the home of her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Hollenberry Fields Bunn, widow of Newton Bunn. Ada is listed as a 70 year old female, born in NC.
