(19) Will of James Bunn. To wife Suckey the whole estate during her life or widowhood. If she should marry, estate equally among each child by sale of the estate "except the land and horses."  May 6, 1795. [No mention of an executor within the Will proper.] His Mark. Witnessed: Edward Parish, R. Norriss. At the bottom, it is noted that the executors were Benja. Bunn and Richd. Massie.

(233) Sale of estate of James Bunn dec'd., sold by execr. January, 1811. Buyer was Jeremiah Denby. Returned to court September 9, 1811. Benjamin Bunn execr.

 

(233) Surveyors report for heirs of James Bunn. January 14, 1811. Land contained 178 1/2 acres, divided into 4 equal lots. Jesse Person, surveyor.

 

(233) Division of land of James Bunn. January 14, 1811. Land divided among William Bunn, Amey Bunn, Jesse Bunn, Suckey Bunn. Commissioners were John Carpenter, Obediah Strickland, Phillip Pearce.
